Yummy 4# First pumpkin soup of the year!
Fall is coming and pumpkins are in the stores.
My own planted pumpkins had been assassinated by fast and numerous slugs. What a pity! But next year i will try again!
Do you wanna try my favorite pumpkin soup recipt? Here it is:
1 big Hokkaido pumpkin or two smaller ones
1 big onion
5 cm fresh ginger
800 - 1000 ml vegetable stock
200 g Mascapone or Ricotta or Creme fraiche
Salt and pepper
Oil
150 g smoked ham as topping
Wash pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Dice onion. Peel and cut ginger. Heat oil in a pot. Add onions and sauté until soft. Add pumpkin and ginger. Roast two more minutes. Pour vegetable stock over pumpkin until it´s covert. Add more if you like your soup more liquid. Cook until pumpkin is tender. Add mascapone, salt and pepper and purée until smooth. Roast smoked ham until it´s crispy. Serve the soup in bowls and top it with a spoonful of smoked ham.

After two years and one more baby I return with a new Projekt.
A 365 DAY PROJEKT.
Inspired from Flow-Magazin, my absolute favorite Magazine! Great articles and fantastic design! They printet 100 creative ideas for 365 day projekts, that includes crafting, writing, drawing etc.
I would really love to do something like that, but i don´t have enough time. I feel that besides changing diapers and warming up baby bottles, I am tidy up the whole day. That really annoys me and keeps me away from the important things in life.
So there popped up this idea of simplify my life. I need to get rid of all these ballast thats around in my house. To own less means to clean less and to clean less means to live more. Doesn´t that sounds great? Ok, from now I will dump something I dont need anymore everyday and post a picture on Instagram for 365 Days. I hope in one year I could say :“Less is more!“ Let´s get startet!
PS: if you are interestet in something I don´t need anymore let me now! I will save everything for exactly one Month;-)
